Is Car Washing Enviromentally Safe?
Yes. Studies have shown that washing you vehicle in your driveway can use between two and five times the amount of fresh water a professional car wash uses. Also with home washing you run the risk of having the soapy water seeping into the soil or running into the storm drains. At a professional car wash all of our water is treated through a city sewarage system, or hauled away to a water treatment facility where it is properly treated and disposed of.
Are Your Soaps And Waxes Safe For My Vehicle?
Yes. All of our soaps and waxes are 100% safe for any vehicle and will not harm the finish. We never add or change a soap or wax without first testing it out on our own vehicles multiple times. If there is going to be a problem we make sure it happens to our vehicles and never our customers.
Will The Cloth Car Wash Scratch My Car?
No. Our tunnel, as many other professional car wash tunnels, has had many steps taken to ensure a safe environment for your vehicle. The very first soap arch your vehicle passes through removes any heavy dirt or grit. It is then followed up with a foamy bath and then blasted off with our high-pressure system. All that is left for the cloth to do is remove any film that has been left behind.

How Often Should I Wash My Vehicle?
Wash frequency depends on driving habits and the environment, but should be done at the very least once every two weeks. The longer you wait the more difficult it is to remove certain contaminates that could eventually lead to permanent damage.
How Long Can I Wait Before I Should Remove Bugs Or Bird Droppings.
Don't wait. There are acids in the birds and bugs that are very harmful to your vehicles finish. The longer you wait and the longer the sun bakes them into the paint the more difficult it is to remove. If not cared for properly you could risk permanently damaging your paint.
Why Should I Wash My Vehicle After It Snows Or Rains?
Pollutants, such as sulfuric and nitric acids from automobile, truck and factory exhaust become trapped in rain drops or snow flakes, these settle on your car and as the sun heats them and evaporates the water it leaves behind concentrated acid that can damage the finish.

How Does Your Car Wash Know What Wash I Paid For?
We use one of the most sophisticated car wash controllers available. Once your transaction is entered into our cash register it sends a signal to our controller that knows exactly where you are, even if you are the tenth customer in line. It is so smart that it even knows exactly where your wheels are so it can apply the proper amount of wheel cleaner without getting any on painted surfaces.

What Are You Using To Hand Dry My Vehicle?
We are currently using a technology in towel drying that is new to car washes. It is a form of microfiber towel called a micro spun that is a much tighter weave and easier to use. With the same benefit of no risk of marring the vehicles finish. We also use two towels per vehicle. One for the windows, and the other for the body. And we never let a towel touch your vehicle that has fallen to the ground.

Are There Gift Books Or Cards Available?
Yes, we have both. You can purchase any of or wash books or gift cards from any of our staff at the cloth tunnel register. The books are good for cloth tunnel washes only, and the cards can be used for both the cloth tunnel and the express detail shop. Unfortunately we do not have anything for our touch free automatic wash at this time, but hope to have something available soon.

What Is A Touch Free Automatic?
A touch free automatic is a machine that moves around you without anything ever coming in contact with the vehicle other than soaps, waxes, and high-pressure water. When entering that wash bay a lighted instructional sign will tell you exactly where to park your vehicle. When it does just sit back and relax until it prompts you to drive out slowly through the drive-thru blowers.
If There Is Someone Already In The Touch Free Bay Can I Pre Pay For My Wash?
Yes. You can pre pay so you can remain in the comfort of your vehicle and get washed a little sooner.
Please Note: Please be courteous to the other customers. Although the wash allows you to enter please do not try and crowd the other customers out as they have their vehicle dried. Every customer is allowed 75 seconds of drying time and shouldn’t have to feel rushed.
Will My Hummer Or Dual Wheel Pick Up Fit In The Touch Free Bay?
Yes. As long as your vehicle follows the other requirements such as no taller than 7 feet, no longer than 21 feet then, and no additional accessories on the roof. Then you should be fine. But please be aware that vehicles of these sizes generally have larger than normal side mirrors. It is recommended that they be folded in before washing. Also Hummer owners, please lower the lights attached to the roof if you have them.
If you are still unsure please ask one of our staff members to help.

What Are The Gold Coins That Are Dispensed As Change?
Those are U.S. Government American dollar coins. They are a mixture of Susan B. Anthony dollar coins, Sacagawea dollar coins, or the new presidential dollar coins. We understand that these have caused some confusion, but assure you they are legal tender valued at one dollar each.
What Is Express Detailing?
Express detailing is an added service that we offer. It is for customers that need just a little extra work done to their vehicles both inside and out to give them that new car look. We offer detailed vacuuming, shampoos, leather conditioners, waxes and a few others while you wait. Each service takes normally around 30 minutes and up after the vehicle is washed and dried.
How Often Should I Wax My Car?
Waxing your vehicle is very important in keeping your paint protected from the outside pollutants and to keep that show room finish. It is recommended to have your vehicle waxed at least twice a year. Once just before winter hits to protect yourself from the excess sand and salt. And the other is just after spring so you are protected from the suns UV rays as well as the harmful effects that bugs and bird droppings can have.
How Often Should I Have The Inside Of My Vehicle Cleaned?
That all depends on how soiled your rugs, carpets and/or seats are. We highly recommend a vacuuming at least once a month. This will prevent the damage to your rugs and carpets that are caused by the grinding of dirt into the rugs by your feet when you get in and out of your vehicle. It is also recommended that you have a full interior cleaning after the winter months to remove any excess sand, salt and/or mud that may have accumulated.
